Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and items marked as 'DISCOUNT' cannot be refunded. Live sale items from social media are also exempt from refunds, these are sold as seen.

Return & replace

Our replacement policy operates on a 7-7 days basis. Let's delve into how it functions.
You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving the product to contact us regarding any return or replacement inquiries. Replacement requests must be submitted within these 7 days; after this timeframe, you will not be eligible for any form of return or replacement.

Upon filing for a return or replacement within the initial 7-day timeframe, we will promptly assess the issue and offer our utmost assistance to address your concerns. Upon receiving confirmation of your return or replacement request, you will be granted an additional 7-day window to proceed with shipping your item (please note: this 7-day period is solely for processing shipment, not completion). commencing from the date of acceptance provided by our team. After this additional 7-day timeframe elapses, any outstanding return request will be automatically considered canceled by our side.

Refunds

Damages and issues

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. International returns should be marked as 'return' to avoid customs and handling charges. Any import charges that are incurred from an international return will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective, we will also refund the cost of shipping to you if you can provide a receipt for the cost of return shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we aren't liable for any losses or damages during the return shipping. We can only process the refund upon receipt of the item.
